Content Rules

Content rules for Hotel Lobby AI (hotellobbyaifree.com)
Oct 4, 2026

These rules define what you may and may not create with Hotel Lobby AI. They exist to keep people safe and to keep the Service available for everyone. Violations can lead to content rejection, credit forfeiture, account suspension, and reports to authorities where required by law.

Strictly prohibited

  1. Sexual content of any kind — pornography, nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive depictions, fetish content, or sexualized editing of any person's image.
  2. Minors in sexual or suggestive contexts — zero tolerance. Any attempt results in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable).
  3. Nonconsensual impersonation — deepfakes or performances of any real person without their permission, including celebrities, politicians, ex-partners, classmates, or colleagues.
  4. Harassment, hate, and humiliation — content targeting a person or group with hate, degradation, bullying, or incitement to violence.
  5. Illegal content — anything violating applicable law, including fraud, defamation, and privacy violations.
  6. Misleading endorsements — making a real person appear to endorse a product, political position, or cause without consent.

Photo requirements

  • One subject per photo — an adult or a pet — with the face or muzzle clearly visible and well lit.
  • You must own the photo or have explicit permission from every identifiable person in it.
  • Avoid sunglasses, heavy face coverings, and crowded group shots (they also produce poor results).

How moderation works

  • Input photos are checked by an automated moderation service before generation starts. Rejected photos are never sent to the generation model, and no credits are charged.
  • Generated videos are checked again before delivery. A rejected output is deleted and your credits are refunded automatically.
  • Moderation is automated and can produce false positives or false negatives. If you believe a rejection was a mistake, email support@hotellobbyaifree.com and we will review it manually.
  • Repeated rejected submissions may temporarily pause generation on your account.

Labeling your AI video

If your video realistically shows someone doing something they did not do, disclose the AI edit when you share it. YouTube and TikTok both require AI-content labels for realistic generated media — use their built-in labeling settings when uploading.

Enforcement

We may remove content, refund or forfeit credits, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal content to authorities. Decisions about severe violations (CSAM, credible threats) are final and not eligible for refund.
